These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website (vaaiz.com / vaaiz.in) and the purchase of our products, including but not limited to home and industrial cleaning solutions, synthetic detergent powder, glass cleaners, floor cleaners, and room fresheners.

By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Intellectual Property & Trademarks

All content, branding, and assets on this website are the exclusive property of M/s Vaaiz Enterprises.

3. Product Information & Disclaimers

• Usage: Our products must be used strictly according to the instructions provided on the packaging.
• Formulation: Certain products, such as our room fresheners, are water-based formulations.
• Claims: We do not make unauthorized or exaggerated scientific claims (e.g., we do not claim that our floor cleaners "kill 99.9% of germs"). Efficacy is subject to standard environmental conditions.

4. Payments, Cancellations & V-Coins

• Pricing: All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are inclusive of GST unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Cancellations: An order can be cancelled through the user profile only if the status is 'Placed' or 'Pending'. Once an order reaches Shipped or Delivered status, it cannot be cancelled.
• Refunds: Prepaid order refunds will be credited back to the original payment source (minus gateway fees, if applicable) or the user's Vaaiz Wallet.
• V-Coins: V-Coins earned through purchases have no cash value outside this website and automatically expire after 6 months if unused.

5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, your use of the website, or your purchases shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hoshiarpur District, Punjab, India.
